Has anyone changed out the old 4400 vision processor on a Fuji IP3 and replaced it with a newer 4800 vision processor. What does it take to do this and what does it consist of doing. What do I need to order from Fuji in order to do this.

Can someone explain to me what I'm supposed to do after I have done the vision offset calibration procedure? The manual tells me to put solder paste down on all 25 holes of the stencil. After this the board drops down and the machine scans each fidu

Does anyone know how to make the vision alignment work on a Quad 4C? What I mean is make it work right, and reliably. I know how to define the component for inspection (lead pitch, lead count, dimensions, tolerances, etc.), and I know how to set ligh

Hi, It sounds like your vision is not setup right for this component, and it's rejecting some of them because they would be failing the test. This brings up a point we discovered. Don't use auto teach for the component if your using HYDRA or vision

I fear your files are not stored in the default directory or your hard drive is full. Boot with a DOS boot disc and check your C drive for program and fiducial information. Try an older program to check if the program structure and vision informatio

I just purchased an Assembleon Sapphire machine and am new to Assembleon machines, and on startup it states "Download Vision Data NG", does this mean the processor board can't download the vision data to the vision board? I have spare boar

Sounds reasonable. If there was NC flux "crud" on the balls, the vision processors of our P&P would have detection issues.
