As we have vitronics oven(SMR610A) made in december 1997,which has 5 heating And 2 cooling zones. we just want to confirm that is there any possibility of damage oven parts with long run for soldering of lead free components in this model? if anyone

Its a vitronics, with a little proper maintenance it'll go on forever! If it's a 610, you should have 6heating en 1 cooling zone btw.

Thanks for the response. I am using mainly two brands of ovens. One is Heller and the other is a chinese brand called Fulongwin (copy of Vitronics). I see the problem in both, more severe in the Fulongwin. Both are 8 zones and a few 9 zone Hellers. I
