Does anyone know of an inexpensive way of holding small parts or boards in place in a wash basket to prevent them from moving during cleaning process.Keep in mind you want the top of the parts/boards to also get clean. Thanks

An expensive way is Stone Mountain Tool board cages. We tried to find a less expensive alternative but couldn't. These are the Cadillac of wash baskets.

Steve, We build a lot of small flex circuits and we use conductive silicone mesh in our wash baskets to keep things from flying around. We buy it from AGI Corporation - Huntsville, AL - 256-858-3300.

That is exactly the problem I'm having. Not only is silicone an issue with military & aerospace customers but it isn't compatible with one of our water treatment additives. My usual pallet suppliers will only quote silicone. Thanks for the reply,
