Maybe the "other" company runs a different wave, or flux, or pallet, or touches up every board. Assumptions are like brains - every claims they have one, but very few use em.

Yes, our company is also using SCS7 at the moment. Price is really cheap compared to all other solders. So far, we have been using it for about 1 1/2 years, no problem at all!

how about applying solder resist on the area where you have bridging occurs..you may ask your pcb supplier the possibility.

Hi Melissa, thanks for you reply... I'll increase the placement force on this component so that it touchs better the board pad. Maybe it couldnt help due to stencil aperture. Maybe I'll have to change it. If you have more ideas, please share with m
