Have you taken a look at our SolderStar range of profilers. We offer 4,6 and 12 channel versions. Our 12 channel system can also be connected to our Wave Shuttle product for wave solder machine analysis. Our datalogger are the smallest reflow profile

ECD has some advantages in terms of upgrade path. Once you buy the ECD SuperM.O.L.E., you can use it in a OvenRIDER, WaveRIDER and ReworkRIDER products. The OR, WR and RR are solder machine management devices for solder process control. Where profile

I sell wave solder optimizer in Philippines. I have sold many of this optimizer system. It cost less than US$10K. Most of my customer is happy with the performance except for some issues from customers like LCD not yet colored, uses RS232, upgrades

Keep in mind that device pitch, pad geometry, lead length and even alloy type will play a roll in your evaluation. I have an assembly that we run 10k pieces per month. One two-pin connector has a pitch of 1.27mm. Unfortunately, the pads are 0.007"

I made my own wave measuring device using KIC2000 system. KIC2000 has automatic wave detection, so now I have a profiler for both reflow ovens and wave solder. The delmat carrier only cost $500. A guy, Samir, from this forum gave me the idea, actu

You are right, RSS profile is not the correct description. I am using a profile which heats up quickly to let the flux spread. Next linear up to activate the flux and prevent thermoshock. My experience is however, that small changes in this profile

..and he can put the flux in and keep it a secret too from his customer.. RSS profile on wave?? I never heard of a soak zone for wave preheat...you may be burning off your activator..hence, the beads. For wave preheat, your main goal is to ramp up

Hi, I am experience problems while testing wave soldering SMT components that are glued on the solderside (lead free). Between de leads of SOx type IC's and SOT's develop a great deal of solder beads. I have been using a RSS temp.profile while spr

Hello, thanks to everyone that reply to my previous question. I have another request: is it possible to solder polyester capacitors (case 2220) with wave soldering process? Thanks! Regards, Stefano
