it can adjusted per the machine and your boards, Not a fix for every board, also if you are talking about the LF wave soldering process, it should be moved to largr angle compared to the tranditional sn/pb soldering

Universal makes great conveyors as well. The loader/unloaders can be configured to input boards to the line or buffer them. I actually found a 22" piece on ebay a couple of years ago for 300.00. Worked great!

AR Sounds like dirty chains... couple ways to check... Pull off the drive chain for the conveyor. Place a wrench on the (unload end) drive shaft and spin, if it is a bit tough.. dirty rails. Also look at load end of chains. The chain goes low and w
