Genrad fixture weight reduction

I have a goal to reduce the weight of about 20 test fixtures to go below 35 lbs. Most of the current fixture weights exceed 40 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions on a lifting device or a method to reduce the weight of the fixtures?

I've used below: WEIGTH OF COMPONENT IN GRAMS ---------------------------- TOTAL PAD MATING AREA IN SQUARE INCHES GRAMS PER SQUARE INCH MUST BE EQUAL/GREATER THAN 30 FOR SECONDARY MOUNTING.
