you can use a thermocouple welder to fuse the wires back. as a matter of fact we use the welder to create thermocouple junctions. this is way less expensive that buying already formed thermocouple junctions.

Not to argue, but you can use a spot welder to fuse thermocouple wires, also.

Mike, I know that. I wanted to be talking to Bayanbaru. Plus, I know you have no placement machines. You use ultrasonic plastic welders and screwdrivers. Dave

Check the ground plane for noise with a scope. Steppers are very sensitive to spurs and will step in response to noise. Resistance welders on the same ground loo[ can be a problem as can seam sealers etc. Denis M Manncorp

Bliss is not exactly cheap, I will conceed that. I assume you are using framed stencils? Switch to QTS frames and buy the foils. You will save enoguh to buy a Mig welder and make your own storage cart!

I have a Microjoin HCD-125 power supply for a resistance welder and it is not Welding, apparently I am not getting any welding current, Could this problem be with the programming of the unit or a fault wih same. if so how can I isolate the problem? T
