Trek Industries was purchased by Stoelting a few years ago. Even on Stoelting's web site, its hard to find the Trek cleaners as they seemed to bury them. Here is a link to the section of Stoelting's website that contains Trek cleaners. http://www.

You should talk to your paste/flux manufacture! They will provide the best instruction for this. The norm is typically 130-145f, speed 2-4f/m I always push for slower… the slower the cleaner/drier (in theory!), if you have an ICOM, Omega meter, ionog

Typical conveyor speeds on leaded alloys and OA flux is 2 FPM. Typical conveyor speeds on lead-free alloys and OS flux is 0.5 FPM. Temperature should be 140 F. Most polypropylene inlines cleaners should not exceed 140 F. -Mike Konrad Aqueous Technol
