What year is your machine and what year is your Electric Drawing? My machine is 1989 and so is my drawing. I do not have a SIP-1750 drawing. The IP went through several changes during its production so your machine may not match mine. The CON I/F

All of the IP-1's I have seen use a fixed feeder bank. No MFU's which is where the board is located for IP-II's. Jerry

I'm not finding 24Vdc at any feeder location?! I checked all pins with the coresponding feeder activated through the I/O and a key in the emergency disconnect. Am I not using the correct procedure to check for my 24V?

Do IP1's use MFU's like the IP2's ? If so I can most likely tell you what the problem is.... Please advise.

Silicone Grease where is it used?

I just purchased a soldering station and it came with the silicone grease for the desoldering gun and say's for cleaning spring filter and filter pipe, now do I just smooth this grease all over the spring and tube the spring goes in?

Todd, It's been a while since I have looked at this but I believe the IP-1 does not have a relay board for the feeders. +24 Vdc is wired to a pin on the connector and the I/O board (NO 3 I think) switches the ground. If you don't have +24 Vdc at 1

The "Relay PCB" is # CON I/F 8909-0. Of course it's a real old drawing with many of the P/Ns being obsolete. I'm looking at drawing # SIP-1750. The Relay PCB is shown between the 1st station connectors and the control box. In the meantime, I'll doubl
