Not sure you will find what you are looking for. Everyone is talking about converting the program but I think they are just talking about the x-y information. The problem is in the part/package data. Different Machines require different information,

part x-out from board when exit in mirtec offline pc.

We have Mirtec MV-6 OMNI machine. If programer changes in part number ,then that part x-out from it's place.Value of X & Y incresed 10X compare to other parts in ATT.

I thought the the machine was slowed down to speed setting 1 for the x/y axis and the machine worked. I think the x-motor was on its way out.

does anyone know how to get the x,y&q out of gerber data. We have been writing it out part by part but i figured there must be a better way thx for any help

Have you tried using offsets to begin to move the head away in the Z axis while it is moving in a lateral ( X Y ) direction. The spikes are difficult on the Ersa, but experiment with hitting the location from different directions may help also.

does anyone know of a book that contains the measurements of most of the surface mount components used today.is there a library that can tell me x,y,z,lead length and width and foot length.lead pitch.ect.dummy component catalogs only go so far.
