We grease acording to PM schedule. The cable is very old about 5 years. We run 2 shifts. The transducer program and burnin test show the varance that we are seeing phisically so I can rule out the transducer. The motor may be the cause as it is of 19

If you are not getting repeatable transducer readings then some possiblities are : 1. Transducer is bad 2. Motor is bad 3. Y power booster Also, I can't remember if the Y motor has a flex coupling on it or not. If it does, check that out. Also, w

Problem solved. Thru the help of MyData support we have determined that older MyDatas have a software issue with the servo drivers. A newer rev of driver will fix this problem.

Hi all. I have put.an ic on the y wagon and done first.and last component. The machime picked up the part while testing the package but it didnt center the part ,just sat there for a while and failed. Any idea why this is and am I missing something?

On some of the older models you cannot have all of the other accelerations turned up and theta set to slow. Bump up the theta speed.

I have a MY12 running TPS 2.8.1 and I need to know how to calibrate the X wagon Visin system. The machine is off in the Y direction after I removed and replaced the camera.
