hello, have you solved this issue yet? can you not use the teaching function for a part to set the pickup position? I believe we have worked around by changing the property of one of the feeder types(i think we used Stick-B) under the machine proper

Grant, Yes they do get broken by the operator or whom ever is loading or unloading the feeder stick pulling the tape through the feeder and the component pocket will snag the tip of the plow and bend it so that the tip ends up breaking off making

Hello. I just can say: buy it! We have some older Yamaha machines (Assembleon in europe). Topz X2, two Opal X2 in line and a line of MC24 (YS24) and MC1 (YS100). And those machines are really good. I have no bad things to say about them. Greetings

Our machine is YAMAHA YVL88II and the issues we have with these data switches are either not being picked up from the feeder at all or are being ped before assembly.
