Only the speed is updated, 90000CPH (95000CPH) is only the theoretical speed. The actual speed is 60%-70% of the theoretical speed. Is there any difference between other hardware and software parts?

Definitely helps! I came across this Yamaha newsletter mentioning 16 nozzles for YV-112 not 12 (see page 5). Are you sure Yamaha didn't sell different models to Assembleon? Did they change models alot? Also does the YSM40R really hit 200,000 cph

Hello. We use an Assembléon MC24 (similar to the Yamaha YS24, the fast version of the YS12) and I can say it is a really good machine. Low maintenance and a good userfriendly software. We run our MC24 with 35.000 cph. And the machine is really small.
