There is no specification for solder paste height, just as there is no specification for paste volume. Focus on producing a fillet that meets J-STD-001. You make the choices that produce the end result.

How can you turn off the alarm ? I checked in the menu but the only topic I've seen is asking for a "factory password" witch I dont have. I have the administrator password.

Our plant does not use an automated process, but I have done some research to the LPF Label Feeder by hover davis. It is for the Fuji IP, QP2, QP3, XP. Hope that will point you in some direction or get this thread started.

We have never seen an ID badge that was not a static generator. We certainly wouldn't want to see a typical ID badge within a couple feet of a circuit board. How would you use these ESD-safe badges?
