Conductive ink protection

We have an up coming job that has conductive ink deposits on the solder side of the PCB for contact switches and a zebra strip that connects to an LCD display. My question is... Do these need to be masked to protect them from the wave solder process

Thanks Real Chunks. We currently have an RPS opus selective solder machine that we plan on keeping. It is configured as a 3-nozzle (!) one-pump (!!) point selective solder machine w/ nitrogen preheat. Custom wet nozzles. We use lead free SN100C sold
