Please help me with this: I need a zero Ohm SMD resistor (strap) to connect 2 PCBs but to be like a wire, that can be bent. I need to be SMD because I want to be place it with "pick and place machine". Thank you.

seems Chinese AOI, I've seen plenty of such in price range $10-12K when I was in China, they have perfect mechanic and poor written software,which make them almost unusable when buy one such machine from China expect near zero support

We have 2 lightning head machines. We have a very clean, dry air supply. We have had zero spindle problems in 3 yrs.

Yes I can move x2 axis, and check the world/zero with pulses, and it does not lose the pulses.

Are you trying to bring up to life an old machine or the problem just started to appear? There might be several causes for this problem. As a quick fix, you can change in th settings logic polarity of that signal, so it will be OK when actually not.

Thanks for the link, however, I have this manual already and it only shows how to replace motors, belts and prox switches and to adjust for zero set. Appreciate your time and efforts. I did find that it is an OC alarm. Thanks again. Regards, kdc45

Evtimov, I agree. I'm leaning more towards the quality of worker rather than software, etc. Since this post this incident happened AGAIN! This time there was ZERO verification performed at start up.

Thanks for the inquiry. We used MCD (Motion Control Dia) tool to verify if that is caused by VRM board. No respond(I means the related axis was off) was detected. we swapped that board to other machine, the VRM card was good.... X axis was stopped, t

Apparently the machine is now completing initialization but when attempting to zero axis' it has a time-out waiting to change modes. Machine status page shows an error reading "initialization failure for motion control board."
