We have odd problem with zeroing of UIC Advantis (4982B). It performs axis zeroing without complaining (all axes enabled at the end), but after final move of the head to the center of the machine, it hangs without any error message. Status isshowing

Hi, I have GSM2 UIC machine, machine does complete zeroing successfully but without scanning feeder plate fiducials. I enabled feeder plates (rear and front), but the problem is identical. Can anyone pls help me?? Thanks

You could always just Zero the machine, Stick a Nozzle in the Head... That orientaion is Zero...

Larry, To zero the IP3, you hold down the "-" key and press "F5" (set), then F6 to go back to page zero, then sero the machine. On the CP6 you hold down the "-" key and press F6. Doug L.

I know there is a way to zero an IP3 with out reboot the whole machine. From page zero hold down F6 and something else. This would really come in handy. If you know how, could you please let me know. Thanks in advance... Larry J

During production the machine Cycle Alarm ESC 3. When cycling power the error shows up again during a zero set after performing the Z1 zero set. When it errors out on zero set the only option that the machine allows is to power off. Thanks in advance
