, I am trying to make a footprint for this PN LT1764AET#PBF , it uses the TO-220 Vertical case code present in library expert. But I'm running into a problem, this part has formed leads fixed, pins 1,3,5 sticking outwards from the part and pins 2 and 4 inwards from the part

. When temperatures are too high the glass fibers come out of the plastic leading to a rough surface and sticking to the thermode. If the temperature is too low the plastic will crack due to cold deformation
