) the FPX deal with components that need to have thermal vias in the heatsink tab? I do not have a datasheet for one to hand but I am sure you are familiar with the type I am referring to. Thank you

(D2PAK) packages. In a number of the variants, the thermal tab increases in width above the body of the part. My concern is that if I set E1 to the narrower dimension of the tab, it will solder okay, but the 3D model, courtyard, and outlines will be incorrect

. Many DPAK and D2PAK packages are specified with clipped leads, such as TO-252AA, which specifies that "lead number 2 was removed" and the active terminals are 1, 3 and 4
