There are 3 pin pitches for SOT/SC series, and they all come in 3, 5 and 6 pin versions: - 0.95 – SOT23 (IPC & JEDEC), SOT346 (EIA) and TO-236AB (JEDEC) - 0.65 – SC70 (IEC) and SOT323 (EIA) - 0.50 – SC75 (IEC) and SOT523 (EIA) The 0.95 pitch SOT346 and the 0.65 pitch SOT323 and the 0.50 pitch SOT523 use the same physical characteristics as the SOT23
