? The manufacture recommends a hole of .70 mm and does not recommend an annular ring. Clearly this can all be rectified by using the manufacture setting to enter something that will work

". I recommend that when creating a BGA Footprint, that you use the "Mirror" feature. That will flip the BGA so that you are looking at the "Bottom Side" just like the datasheet
