. In the meantime, all the values are user definable manually until the automatic functions are fixed. What I would do as a workaround, create a new pad stack with the correct Hole Size and delete the wrong one

:21pm I am unable to make the 3D model of the "Header, Vertical" work out correctly. There is no overall vertical dimension that one can specify and as a result there are no pins on the bottom side of the header body than normally go into the PCB

. Its variable given thickness of the board, which is why you must declare it at the time of translation. If this value is 0, its the most likely reason why you're having a hard time seeing the pins. Note

0.4mm has a pad size of 1.00mm whilst in the VIA chart, a 0.4mm hole has a pad size of between 0.65mm and 0.8mm. I realise there is no solder fillet required on a via but have been tearing what little there is left of my hair out trying to figure out how the VIA pad is calculated and if it is defined anywhere in IPC
