Encoder is a kind of electromechanical equipment, which can be used to measure the movement of machinery or the target position of machinery. Most encoders use optical sensors to provide electrical signals in the form of pulse sequences, which can be converted into motion, direction or position information in turn.

PCB architectures have continued their steep trend toward greater complexities and higher component densities. For quality control managers and test technicians, the consequence is significant. Their ability to electrically test these products is compounded with each new generation. Probe access to high density boards loaded with micro BGAs using a conventional in-circuit (bed-of-nails) test system is greatly reduced. The challenges and complexity of creating a comprehensive functional test program have all but assured that functional test will not fill the widening gap. This explains why sales of automated-optical and automated X-ray inspection (AOI and AXI) equipment have dramatically risen...

This technology transfer was prepared by the Research Triangle Institute (RTI) as part of SEMATECH's Facility Fluids Project (S100). It is a compilation of information on existing facility fluids metric and test methods. Information on standard methods was gathered from SEMATECH and SEMI. Other information was obtained from a literature search of journals and conference proceedings. The published information primarily is concerned with the test equipment used and what levels of detection and purity were found. Many of the articles discussed the use of new equipment, either commercial or experimental. Extensive annotated bibliographies are append to the report.

The temperature and humidity test chamber simulate the temperature and humidity, so there are a lot of things customers shoud notice in the process of use, although there is detailed instruction when purchasing the equipment. But some users just know how the device works and start using it. This is very easy to cause problems in the use of the equipment, so Symor intends to describe the safety details during the use of temperature and humidity chamber. 1. Before the test, determine if the sample contains flammable and explosive substances to avoid combustion or explosion during the test. Of course, also make sure there is no flammable and explosive material around the test equipment, otherwise it may cause fire and other accidents. 2, Do not open the chamber door to operate during the experiment, or the gas in the studio may cause the operator to burn and so on. 3. At the end of the test or at the time of regular cleaning of the test chamber, power off the equipment to avoid electrocution accidents. Also, when cutting off the equipment power, pull the power cord to pull out the plug, otherwise it may lead to a rupture of the power cord and so on. You can contact manufacturers if there are some places you donnot understand, do not dismantle and repair the temperature and humidity test chamber without authorization, otherwise it may lead to more serious problems.

Principle of shielding 1 The principle of shielding is creating a conductive layer completely surrounding the object you want to shield. This was invented by Michael Faraday and this system is known as a Faraday Cage. 2 Ideally, the shielding layer will be made up of conductive sheets or layers of metal that are connected by means of welding or soldering, without any interruptions. The shielding is perfect when there is no difference in conductivity between the used materials. When dealing with frequencies below 30 MHz, the metal thickness affects shielding effectiveness. We also offer a range of shielding methods for plastic enclosures. A complete absence of interruptions is not a realistic goal since the Faraday cage will have to be opened from time to time so electronics, equipment or people can be moved in or out. Openings are also needed for displays, ventilation, cooling, power supply, signals etc. 3 Shielding works in both directions, items inside the shielded room are shielded from outside influences. Stencil printing equipment has traditionally been used in the surface mount assembly industry for solder paste printing. In recent years the flexibility of the tool has been exploited for a wide range of materials and processes to aid semiconductor packaging and assembly. One such application has been the deposition of adhesive coatings onto the backside of silicon wafers.

The overall process of manufacturing electronics assemblies is characterized by a number of very different procedures. Along the production chain, technologies for cutting, assembling, soldering, bonding, gluing, marking, potting, etc. are used, all of them have one thing in common: They produce airborne pollutants, some of which can have a significant impact on employees, manufacturing equipment and products - and for this reason need to be removed effectively and efficiently.

From consumer electronics to systems control, automotive technology to aviation and aerospace – today, electronics are absolutely essential in many sectors. They increasingly replace mechanical components, eliminating wear and tear and thereby extending the service life. What is easily forgotten in this regard is that electronics are also subject to the laws of mechanics. Mechanical test equipment is crucial to test components for the secure hold of welded, soldered or adhesive bonds. A new, mechanically intricate test probe with universal clamping jaws, that can even grasp the individual bonding wires, is in line with the trend toward ever smaller components. Serving as an actuator for these is a micro drive that can be precisely controlled using a miniaturised motion controller to relieve the control unit in the test device.
