At this year’s NEPCON Shanghai trade show, the ASM team was honored with an impressive four prizes for its innovative products when the SIPLACE TX and the DEK NeoHorizon iX each won the EM Asia Innovation Award and the SMT China Vision Award. This was the eighth time in a row that the respective institutions’ independent panels honored innovations from technology leader ASM for their speed, efficiency and accuracy.
