Based in New Hampshire, with operations in southern China and Hong Kong, P. D. Circuits is one of the leading PCB suppliers in the USA. NCAB Group will, after the acquisition, have sales in excess of 100 million USD with 13 locations around the world and 210 employees, including 70 people located in China.

Mycronic AB (publ), has signed an agreement to acquire 75 percent of Shenzhen Axxon Automation Co.,Ltd (Axxon) for a cash consideration of approximately SEK 430 million. The acquisition will be financed through own funds. As part of the agreement Mycronic will acquire the remaining shares of the company in two steps – an additional 5 percent will be acquired within this year and the last 20 percent after three years. The purchase price for the last part after three years will be set based on parameters such as growth and earnings, which may include changes compared to the current valuation.

Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) reported revenue of $455 million for the second quarter of 2010 of which $413 million was in Semiconductor Test and $42 million in Systems Test Group.
