Nordson YESTECH, a subsidiary of Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) will showcase their FX-940 Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) In-line PCB inspection system and BX AOI benchtop system in Booth #1101 at the IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place Feb. 24-26, 2015 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. JAVAD EMS (JEMS) announces that it purchased an FX AOI system from Nordson YESTECH. JEMS began working with Nordson YESTECH in 2009, implementing an F1 AOI system and later trading it in for the new FX model. Today, JEMS has four FX AOI systems on the production floor of its San Jose, CA facility.

Nordson YESTECH recently installed a FX-940 ULTRA 3D AOI system at FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) in Carlsbad. The world’s leading supplier of probe cards to manufacturers of DRAM, Flash and SoCs (System-on-Chip), FormFactor has a global network of 16 facilities and employs more than 1500 people. The company will utilize Nordson’s FX-940 ULTRA 3D AOI system for automated inspection of its complex probe card assemblies.
