Ok, so I have this weird thing going on with my Q18 logger. It sweats when I send it through the oven. The humidity in the plant seems to have no bearing on the sweating. Same results at 19% and 35%. The moisture has a vinegar like odor to it. Plea

Ya its doing it in the thermal barrier. We run it through the oven and it comes out sweaty.The thermal barrier is bone dry from the beginning. This only occurs on the first run of the day. I don't know how it would make a difference but our logger i
