Are you using MCS1 or MCS2 software on the MCS16? For MCS1 I would have to try and remember, haven't seen that software in 20 years. For MCS2 in the PD make sure nozzle size, nozzle size min, and nozzle size max are all set to Med.

I have recently started working on FUJI IP2s and CP3s, and I need information on the MCS2 system. Anything on keyboard shortcuts or possibly where I can find any manuals on MCS2 would be helpful. And no, I don’t work in a museum.

Saki Corporation announces the release of its new 2Di-LU1 inline bottom-side automated optical inspection (AOI) system at NEPCON China, Shanghai, China, and SMTconnect, Nuremberg, Germany. Saki's 2D line-scan technology is ultra-fast, capturing the image of an entire 460x500mm printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and carriers of 610x610mm in one pass, in real time, storing the image into memory, and creating inspection data for the entire board.

As one of the important components of the SMT machine, it is necessary for us to carry out daily maintenance and upkeep of the SMT nozzle. To ensure that the suction nozzle of the SMT machine is intact before operation, how should we do a good job of maintaining the suction nozzle of the SMT machine during normal use? KINGSUN technical team analysis operation has the following main points: 1.Wipe the surface of the SMT nozzle with a dust-free cloth. 2.The small aperture nozzle can be passed through with a thin steel wire and then blown with an air gun. 3.The surface of the nozzle should not be soaked with corrosive solution such as alcohol, as this may cause the surface to fall off. 4.HOLDER should use a cotton swab to wipe the cavity and not damage the filter screen. 5.Regular addition of special grease to HOLDER claws. 6.According to production, it is best to regularly maintain and do other maintenance regularly.
