Is the stencil locked down tight? sounds like it might be moving.

Ive had this happen on an older horizon. Our issue was a missing tooth on a belt. It would get worse until a stencil wipe. That would "reset" the belt until we hit the missing tooth again. I assume its set to wipe every 4th board?
