My old machine still has tricks to annoy me 1CA0C004 vision error. Trying to place large part, about 30x30 (gsm micromodule). Very simple part, square. But machine is dropping that part and gives vision error "nozzle bent". Part rotation is 90 deg

In addition to what Jeff wrote (I agree 100%) I would advise installing new theta drive belts on both heads. We had the same error at one time; if I remember right, I was told the new belts are better mat'l. It's likely your old ones are worn.
