About SACX307 for wave you can read at post: http://www.smtnet.com/Forums/Index.cfm?CFApp=1&Message_ID=38727 As I have heard, in Europe, Germany in particular, several assemblers are using SN100C for wave (also HASL) with success since years ago.

2 micromillimeters have been "eaten" reducing so the amount of copper thikness. I know they are going to test also HASL by using SACX307. It will be good to know if some one already made HASL tests by using SN100C (N-Superior) Many Thanks GS
