Hello all, I have a problem with the wave 6622c . The temperature of solder pot and preaheating zones 1 and 2 is not increasing. the strange thing is that the machine is not display no error. Can you help me with some advices?? regards

Florin, Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but I have completed a couple of pot height retrofits for these waves and I seemed to remember that one of my clients spilled some solder and shorted out the 24vdc power supply. I am pretty sure this

The wave solder process is characterized by a large number of process parameters. To understand them all and their interactions is challenging, particularly when it comes to lead-free soldering. Wave soldering has a number of sub-processes, which include fluxing, preheating, soldering and cooling.
