Siemens is selling its SIPLACE placement equipment business to ASM Pacific Technology Ltd., Hong Kong. This brings Siemens’s search for a strategic, industrial investor for its Siemens Electronics Assembly Systems GmbH & Co. KG subsidiary (SEAS) to a successful conclusion.
