Nortec manufactures world class labelling products for both manual and auto apply machines, robots and pick and place machines utilising Hover-Davis label feeders. Standard Polyimide labels are used widely in the SMT industry as the material can survive the extremely high temperatures used in the SMT process.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Piddlehinton-based Prototype Electronics Ltd has invested in a second iineo pick & place machine from Europlacer. The new machine was specified to be identical to the company's first single-turret iineo+ machine acquired just one year earlier.
