That size should have been .375 X .25 X .050 thick.

Eldon: From you description, I think 3M makes the stuff you�re talking about. They can give you a source to kiss-cut it to your requirements. Good luck. Dave F

Thanks Dave for your reply. I have found a supplier that can cut it, but I am trying to save the tooling cost and the minimum purchase dollar ammount imposed by the supplier. If an off the shelf item existed I could buy what I wanted when I wanted.

Wrong Crystal

You bought quartz (at DigiKey), which should have 10 pF capacitors, and mounted on a demo board is from JFR - "(..) Load capacitance (CL): Series, 16pF, 20pF, 30pF, or specify (..)" - try changing the quartz capacitors, or check with an oscilloscope
