Best guess, not knowing specifics of error, would be a vision system error... connection issue wrt camera. Does system respond properly (prompts to raise / lower head) upon reboot? Specific error information would help in troubleshooting. DEKHEAD

Wow, I'd have to say the exact opposite. Compared to MPM the DEKs were WAY longer to program. But find out for yourself CN. Program each and get back to us. Don't forget to program in 2D as well. That will be the kicker! As for spending money,

UP1500 was not a real MPM machine, so not relevant. UP1500 was an SMTech (UK) machine, different sofware, camera, etc.... than an MPM machine. AccuFlex is now real MPM.

We have auto-correct funtion on our Panasonic Create CM-301 placement machines but have never turned it on because of a perceived loss of placement time when the camera verifies placement. We look at the first article and correct placemnt if needed.
