problem was solved by cleaning lid bolt connector on chassis... both lid bolt and chase clamps are controlled by SCB34 card, it seams that there is an issue with poor connection on lid bolt triggering this bug. I assume its bug because other card beh

It could sometimes even be easier to acess it from the lower right front; pull the card chassi gently out onto a firm & leveled ground, so that the cables in the rear end of the chassi Not get "pulled to much". You still need to "crawl in".

The password on our DEK 260 is DEK1. Hopefully that will work on yours.

Hi. Please help. On DEK 265 GSX i've got on the monitor message: "DEK 265 GSX Motor comms failure, card 1, axis 123 fatal error." F1-F8 doesn't work, machine cant start. No result after Reinitialise machine. Which one is this card1? Is it in PC?

Check to make sure that the front and back of the DEK265GSX covers are closed. I have seen issues where the back cover trips its interlock and people go other places to look for the problem.....hope this helps
