hello, can anyone explain why i get dross like this? flux and alloy i use was not changed. this started to happen a month ago when i took out a large quantity of solder dross out of pot. thank you

That definitely looks like flux. Have the settings been altered? Bottle pressure? Line Speeds? Durations? Possible fluxer failure?
