Try this - boot machine to OS/2 and interrupt USOS startup procedure, go to USOS/CONFIG folder and rename PSWDUSER.CFG to something else, in case you will need it. Then copy the attached file and reboot.

So others can solder the same board and part but you can't. Dipping the legs in flux doesn't help. Then it's either your pre-heat or wave. Measure your pre-heat and compare to others or flux mfger. Do you have chip wave or something like an Omega

for regular eutecticish solders, keep the pot temperature between 230�C [446�F] and 290�C [554�F]. If you polled us on our pot temperatures, we�d be all over the map, but with more lower than higher than you. High pot temperatures tend to generate
