Hi does anyone know if it is possible to convert a JOT buffer into a board loader only? We plan to hand load the machine on one end to fill up the 30 slots and have the machine just feed that to the rest of the line. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Chrys, Thanks. Our corporate facility is about to install a JOT unit like you've described. It sounds like a buffer, not cheap. I was hoping for something for under $5K per solution. Let me know how yours turns out.

why not just try to move the sensors and re-wire the motor to run the opposite direction......i wouldnt think thats toooooo difficult?????
