Elektrobit (JOT) makes a wave unloader you can use to put your board back onto an edge conveyor (if you are using just a belt on your oven now) and then place a FIFO or Mag Loader after that.

JOTs works well. Has built in coolers. Also realigns your boards back to an edge belt conveyor. Very well designed.

Spare parts? Like what? If it's your belt motor, try cleaning out the gear box attached to it. 99% of the time it's the lube in this gear box that dries out and turns to glue.

Hello, try loosing up the belt. If they are too tight it can cause the conveyor to run slowly or even to damage the motor.

I have one of these before our oven, and there is no way to control the speed of the belts. Checking their website produces nothing. We have the unit open, but nothing inside appears to be adjustable. Anyone know where I can find a manual for this? P
