Hi there is one thing. I had the same problem before and after examine it I found the problem is in the pads. The pads on the board were bigger then usual and the distance between them also was a little bit longer.Theese two are the best precondition

Try antitombstone paste or if you are using nitrogen back off on the amount of nitrogen used.

Hi, This is an interesting point. I use Koki paste from Japan, and it's wonderful, however what properties of solder paste would make it "anti tombstone" paste? How does led free effect tomb-stoning? That would be interesting to know. We might go

Leo, Your pic is not clear. It appears the LED is either tombstoned or billboarding. A larger pic would help, also component info, how many pads, etc.
