The problem is that I am not getting the air to the cylinder , so adjusting that wont do anything. I get air but it is not very much.

Does the table move under the stencil than just sit there doing nothing? there is an optical sensor in the machine near the end of travel, sometimes solder past or dirt gets into it preventing the contact from being made. Another issue I vaguely rec

Does anyone have Page 6 and 7 of the MPM SPM manual? I am currently having issues with low air pressure that pushes the table in. I get good air that pushes the table to the entrance, but I do not get good air pressure that pushes the table in. I

HA ! Yes I fixed it a couple days ago. It was too much air pressure causing it.

Its been a while, but as I recall, there are two air valves under the table. one controls the exit speed, and one controls the entrance. You just need to fiddle with the valve until it travels at a decent speed.
