Hi jepoy + a very frazzled man thanks for your suggestions, here is how it went:- I found a couple of these VM1710 boards and tried one and still nothing. I really wanted to see if power was getting to the camera and anything coming out. I was loo

Check the following... 1. Set the fiducial reading to SCAN... 2. Clean the half mirror of the fiducial camera... 3. Check the CCD Camera...maybe blown fuse inside. Hope this will help.... Good luck....

Hello Vahid The most accurate fiducial for you depends somewhat on your board characteristics like contrast, spacing, inner layer features and obstructions. The more important consideration is what does the particular machine like best? The manufac

Fiducial recognition is based on finding the centroid of the gray scale density of the fiducial. Round fiducials are easier for the software to digest in most cases, but its more important what the camera sees. Gray scale or color contrast of the fi

Hello When the table goes back to loading position, it checks for the avaialbility of the board. It is possible that there is a component right under the PCB confirm sensor and the sensor is not able to recognise the board, so it unclamps . No

If you have concluded that it is not a file storage problem you may wish to consider - When setting up a job the camera can move to virtually any position. This does not mean that the actuators on the stencil or board have enough travel to align the
