Panasonic's passwords are the date backwards. For example, today's date would be: 01026140...they may use the month before day format...in which case it would be: 01020461

Thank you for your reply. I tried to contact Panasonic support but even them have a hard time getting information on this machines. I have been waiting for them to let me know if they help us but no luck yet. I did replaced the a few backup batteries

My machine does have option F7 to enter the password. I tried to enter the password on different screens but no luck as of now. And not it gave me a deviation counter overflow error? I believe it has to do with the machine data we entered on the mach
