Hello all, I used DEK Nano-Protek and lately I hear about Aculon Nanoclear to be doing exactly the same thing(but with better yields). Did anybody used them both? Can you share your impressions. Anything about Aculon Nanoclear at all?

I think what you are asking for is called First Pass Yield and for us that is in the upper 90s. It will depend on the board complexity and quantity - makes big difference if you run 10pcs or a 10000pcs. Regards, Emil

Has anyone looked at SPI results across different squeegee blade manufacturers ? We are running Momentums and using the MPM pro-blades. Ive been considering looking at permalex blades again to see if I can maybe squeek out some better yields.
