Your peak temperature needs to be 20 to 30�C GT the melting point of the solder. What is the melting point of: * Tamura 60-30 paste? * Tin lead on your connectors? [You imply that it is 63/37, but is that correct?]

We are encountering insufficient solder paste. Our stencil thickness is 0.13 mm and our printing pressure is 0.08 MPa our solder paste is Tamura TLF-204-19A. Please advice how to solve this problem.

Dear Sir, We used TAMURA type : TAF30-12DNS. This type nozzle can't moving up and down but we will modify that.Please comment that is O.K.? Regards, Thanagon

Thanks for ur good advice. I do have a Tamura, one JT, 3rd one I want to buy Heller or Vitronic. Using KIC also for profiling.
