Nick...I use a pair of digital calipers with no problems. all you do is measure one lead and zero the calipers with that reading on the display. then measue across 2 leads and the number is displayed is the pitch! That's the way I do it.

Hi Hermie, Did you perform a Servo-zero-adjustment and Gain calibration on the amplifier after replaced it ? This is necessary fine turning when replacing the amplifier. You had better ask Fuji service center for the procedure. Hope this help you.

Thanks Dave, we already use zero ohm resistors. What we're looking for is a flexible (bendable) jumper.

Search [with the top right hand box] the "Forum" for ... concoat. Receive zero hits. Yet there was a posting containing "concoat" within the past month in [http://www.smtnet.com/forums/Index.cfm?CFApp=1&Message_ID=5078]

I have a PTF that is blowing the MMIT card on the PTF. Anyone have any ideas why? It's OK until the PTF begins the zero process. Thanks, Dyer

How to solder one zero ohm 0805 resistor to a PCB after it is mounted in it's plastic. The Panasonic "Soft Beam" would do it if money were not a factor. Is there a similar type of soldering station out there that may just bolt to an existing conveyor

I'm searching for technical papers on the topic of via-in-pad (through-vias, not micro-vias) -- hopefully with reliability test results. There's been zero response to this question in the past, but I thought I'd ask again. References would be great

Firstly, Verify your Z-height per the procedure in the Maintenance manual. In general, release the placement stopper and rotate cam onto flat surface of board with z-axis at zero. There should be 0.15 mm compression of the spring
