We have been using SANFORD Gold Coat and are pleased with it so far. It's a meallic marker. Hope it helps.

Ok, so as it turns out our vendor may be buying us the dispensing system to you on their product. Any suggestions now for a system in the 25K range....things are looking up!

Davef, thanks for inputs. I think your correct, we have since obtained some ionic analysis and sure enough there is relatively high chlorides on the bare pcbs. The toluene is controlled within dip tank / drying system, almost no exposure to workers.
